Prices are valid until December 31st, 2010
Rates exclude water ($ 9,50 per 1.000 liters) and electricity ($ 0,51 per kwh).
Additional cost $ 30,- for final cleaning after departure.
Furthermore our rates include:
- Gas
- One cleaning a week
- One change of bedsheets per bed per week
- Twice a week changing of the bathroomtowels at the reception
- Twice a week changing of the kitchentowels at the reception
- On (1) extra cleaning and changing of the bedsheets is possible fo $ 20,- per request
- If following reservations permits it possible, upon request, to stay until 5:00 pm (17:00) fot 50% of the nightly rate
General terms and conditions
Underneath you will find a sum-up of the responsibilities for you, as a guest, and for Kolibrie Houses as the host.- Check-in times are from 9:00AM till 9:00PM, at departure day we request you to leave your apartment before 11:00AM.
- We kindly request you to avoid any inconvenience after 10:00PM.
- Upon arrival at Kolibriehouses we will need your passport for administrational purposes.
Additional cost
Water and electricity are not included in the advertising price. You are obliged to pay the usage of water and electricity at the end of your stay. The amount we charge will be like mentioned at our website.
Payments
After reservation at Kolibrie houses you are obliged to pay 30% of total amount within 14 days at our bank account.
Cancelations
Cancelations be done by telephone/email. Sometimes we will ask for the reason for cancelling your reservation.We will use the next guidelines for paying the cancelation costs:
We charge until 14 days befor arrival 25 % of the invoicevalue as cancellation costs, after that 100%.
Sleutels
For loss of a key we charge $ 7,- and for loss of the remote control of the main gate $ 55,-.
